Two options for a fixed full arch. The choice starts with a clinical and imaging assessment.

Four or six implants

All-on-4 and All-on-6 are full-arch rehabilitation options using a fixed restoration supported by implants. Their names indicate the number of implants. They may be considered when most teeth are missing or remaining teeth cannot be retained.

How the choice is made

There is no universal choice. The clinician assesses bone quantity and quality, general health, the bite and treatment goals. Imaging and planning are part of the decision.

Treatment stages

The pathway described by the clinic includes consultation, investigations, planning, implant placement and restoration. A provisional restoration may be appropriate in some cases. The definitive restoration is planned according to healing and implant integration.

The plan and costs

Case complexity, implants and restoration materials influence cost. The treatment plan should specify what each stage includes, follow-up visits and maintenance recommendations. AVI's price list and packages can be discussed at consultation.
